The food was super delicious, the place was so clean , the service is excellent . I like room service they are nice . The order in restaurant amazing "Fares". Next vacation i will back sure .

Just-- The spa & pool close early at 17:00 . The is no car parking

The food was really amazing and it didn't feel like Pessach at all cause there was such a huge variety.

The staff wasn't helpful at all, any tiny request was refused. They were mostly grumpy and demotivated, very very annoying

The food is the BEST. The staff is professional and nice. The entertainment teams are amazing!

Elevators are too busy (for floors 7+)

the food was quite good and in particular the breakfast on Saturday (usually because of shabbat it never satisfactory). The staff in the restaurant was great, polite and helpful. The beach is close by, nice and clean (all beds/sunshades extra though) but no corals/fishes

1. The opening hours of the pool and spa are not convenient (9-17) especially during winter. People just coming back from the beach, having dinner and there is still plenty of time till the evening but because of the darkness you can't go to the beach and the single place you could use is the pool/spa - which is by this time not available any more. Very disappointing, especially if this hotel is promoting itself as a sport hotel (what is to do with the sport then - not clear apart from plenty of sportsmen staying in the hotel). 2. Location is OK for using the beach which is just couple of minutes away. But if people want to go snorkeling or diving then it requires a bit of a driving (about 20-30 min) which can be not convenient for those without the car and also due to the construction works in the area there is a bit of a traffic going to the main roads of Eilat.

Idan the barman is simply a magician with cocktails. Almost worth coming just for him!

The shower floor was completely flat in the room - if slightly curved then no water would easily splash onto the outer floor.

Everything was amazing !!! Hope one day we have a chance to come back :) clean pool towels, unlimited drinks, unbelievably delicious food.

Just one barmen in the Lobby bar, Jaroslav, was incompetent. He spoke very disrespectfully, did not know how to mix cocktails. We avoided going to the bar when he was working because he was unpleasant.

The food was easily the best part. The meals constantly had a large variety and there was always plenty and something for everyone. The meals alone made everything worth it. The hotel also has many activities for kids, an open bar with great hot coco and drinks all day.

The front desk needs work. There isn't enough staff there and we always had to wait for each thing we needed. They seemed overworked as well based on their attitude. The beds were uncomfortable, and the mattress came off the frame every time we sat or laid on the bed in any way. The pillows were thin and cheap, they hardly felt like pillows. The staff "set" a Shabbat timer for our room which supposedly turned our lights off at 11 and didn't turn them back on. At 11 nothing happened, and we woke up in the middle of the night with the lights off, but they also did turn back on. It was very confusing and inconvenient. Also, the pool was wonderful and large and the area around it was so lovely, but it was freezing! Completely unheated and cold even when it was warm out. The parking was also very confusing! The parking lot is not labeled for the hotel in any way, and it's an unpaved dirt lot with zero lights at night. We had to use our phones as a flashlight every time we went out to the car.

Everything! The food, staff, facility everything was great!
